Ozark Regional Development, LLC is a locally owned company managed by Matthew Bedell, Curt Majors, Jordan Collins and Chris McArthur.  Each of us have roots in the Van Buren Community through family ties, businesses and residency.  Our local presence makes us uniquely qualified to manage a local project that keeps the best interest of the community in mind

PROJECT PLANNING

ORD has partnered with J4 Development, LLC a nationwide developer and General Contractor of HUD and LIHTC properties, Dille and Traxel Architects and Summitt LIHTC Consulting to assist us with our projects.  

DESIGN AND BUILD

Ozark Regional Development, with the help of our partners, has the ability to complete a project of any size on time and within the scope of the proposed budget.
